– OUR TEAMS –
SENIOR MENS
EDD has two senior men’s teams. We’re blending the goal of wanting to climb the
leagues over the next 5 years, while simultaneously recognising that different people want different things from their rugby. Collectively, it’s always going to be about friendship, camaraderie, enjoying training and having a good time on and off the pitch come Saturday afternoon. We’re enjoying the process, and the score board is starting to look after itself.
SENIOR WOMENS
Our Women’s team is fun, supportive, and passionate. Now in its 6 th year, the side
trains twice a week and plays league rugby. Three dedicated coaches and a strong
leadership group mean we can welcome newbies and develop them into capable
players but also push and drive performance so that established players continue to progress. Add in socials, same night training as the lads, and an utterly authentic `one club’ vibe.
MINI & YOUTH
Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship. These values guide everything we do, from how we train to how we cheer from the sidelines. Our goal? To help shape confident, community-minded children, who carry the spirit of rugby and sportsmanship into other areas of their lives. Humility high, ego low. Every session is fun, inclusive, and full of laughter, fresh air, and helping players make friends and grow together on and off the pitch.

Our home is Iford Playing Fields; where we train, play, and come together as a community. We’re here to provide rugby and all that goes with it, for the people of Southbourne, Iford and Tuckton.
Two pitches, four changing rooms, and a warm friendly club clubhouse – full of good people, cold beer, and 35 years of bringing people together through recreational sport.
